The parliament building not only calls for unique functional design and iconic in its building forms, but also the way in which the overall layout of its various components are juxtaposed into one unified form and function. The parliament building will be the setting where extra ordinary values are shaped. It will be a place not only where people and government officials come together but it is a place where the people of Oman are represented; and where justice and law are regulated. Being a new important building complex to the people of Oman, we believe the architectural design must address the essential questions of representations.
