The 2 acres site is situated within the central district of Tripoli next to the Fateh Tower 1. A build up of 900,000 sf of office space and retail was required as the new commercial complex and speculative office space. The design reflect the new modern symbol for Tripoli and also for Libya. The complex will be a new landmark in Tripoli making it the biggest commercial complex to be built.
