The development emphasize on the heritage and cultural experience of the city via a comprehensive sub-plot components along the riverfront. The component includes Padi Interactive Centre, Kampung Style Water Theme Park, College and Sports Centre, Residential Park and Apartment, Harbour Homes and River Taxi Depot. The development proposal are envisioned to add value to the economy, culture and uniqueness of Sungai Kedah.
